The visit lasts approximately 45 minutes, excluding the temporary exhibition.

The guided tour of the factory gives you access to the inner workings of the production process. Lasting 1 hour and 30 minutes and by reservation only, our team takes you up close to the artisans, covering all the steps involved in making Gien earthenware. At the end of your tour, you will have the opportunity to explore the museum and its collections. Guided tours of the factory take place Every Wednesday at 9:30 am (reservation required)

Finally, numerous practical workshops are offered during school holidays. Open to both children and adults, they provide an opportunity to learn modeling on raw clay or decorating earthenware.
